What personal data do we collect and when?

We ask you for certain personal data in order to be able to provide you with our courses (for example- at the time of purchasing a course, completing registration forms, contacting our customer services, requesting to receive communications or using our website).

This personal data includes your:
• contact details including name, email, telephone number and address;
• personal details including date of birth, organisation details, current occupation and qualifications, previous purchase information;
• personal preferences including whether you wish to subscribe to our mailing list

We do not collect financial information such as bank account or credit card details to process payment for courses. These details are provided by customers to Paypal via Paypal’s website. We do not have access to customers bank account or credit/debit card details at any stage. We only provide a link to Paypal’s website to process payment.

The only time we may ask for bank details is when we are issuing a refund where a refund cannot be issued via Paypal for any reason or if payment has been made to our bank account by a customer (e.g. by BACS/cash/cheque).

Why and how do we use your personal data?

When you use our website, we will use your personal data to provide the requested course you are interested in. For example, if you make a purchase with us, we will use the contact information you give us to communicate with you about the purchase and send you further information as required.
